  • Does the DMC speak my language?
  • Is there specialized staff within its organization?
  • Does it operate in multiple destinations, or if not do they have affiliate companies there?.
  • Does it have proven experience and references?
  • Does it also work with individual tourists?
  • Does it offer all DMC services or is it specialized in one way or another?
  • Does it offer transparent proof of expenses, or official tax receipts?

Also please remember that a DMC can take part in many aspects of the event’s organization. It is advisable to assign a DMC as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary expenses and problems that can occur in the early stages of a group’s planning process.
